Posted On: 11/11/2025 Dr. Barney and his team have been outstanding through my full arch implant journey. The staff is incredibly organized and consistent - they always remember me by name, which honestly makes a huge difference when you're dealing with something this involved.
When I had implant failures (likely due to my own medical issues, not anything they did wrong), Dr. Barney made himself available right away. Instead of just pushing forward with the original plan, they worked with me to figure out what went wrong and adjusted the approach. That's not something every practice would do.
The entire team is genuinely pleasant to work with. They're the type of staff that makes you feel like they actually care about your outcome, not just getting you in and out. Dr. Barney has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure things were progressing properly, and when issues came up, he was immediately available to address them.
I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone considering implant work. They've been professional, caring, and flexible when things didn't go exactly as planned - which is exactly what you need for something this complex. Chris V google Logo Google Review
Posted On: 11/08/2025 I had not been to the dentist in 32 years because I always made it a priority to take care of my teeth. I did have regular visits to the dentist when I was young and one of the last times I went they told me my wisdom teeth could grow in because there was room in my mouth for them to grow in.
I have never had any problems with my teeth until about two months ago when my right side wisdom tooth started giving me problems. It started rubbing against my cheek and it also grew weird and had like a little sharp part that was digging into the inside of my cheek which made it extra painful.

I was very scared to go to the dentist since I hadn’t been for several years, but when I went, Everyone at the Idaho Falls dental group immediately made me feel so comfortable and assured me that it was not a hard process at all and the pain would be very minimal. I also thought I would have to come back to do it but the doctor said do you want to do it now? I said how long does it take? He said I could have it done in five minutes and he was right. It took less than a couple minutes and that horrible tooth was out of my mouth and I felt relief instantly besides the tiny amount of pain from the tooth being pulled. I highly recommend the Idaho Falls dental group. Their staff were Incredibly friendly and incredibly professional. They were awesome and made feel so welcome and comfortable and I think the most thing I was impressed of is how fast it took to fix my problem. I thought
wisdom teeth problems always were a long process and Incredibly painful, especially the older you are. I know in Idaho Falls there is 50 dentist office within a span of a mile but I highly recommend the Idaho Falls dental group if you want a reliable dentist that Is experienced As well as incredibly efficient call them asap!
