Posted On: 01/05/2026 After being told the only way to get the price originally promised is to take down my 1 star review. Long story short these people are crooks even after sending the wrong invoice price multiple times and after telling them we had moved and updated our address with them they still sent it to the old address. Which I do have the recording of the phone calls where we updated it. Worst dental office I’ve ever dealt with never been told something is covered by our insurance so much to only have it not covered and us stuck with the bill. Oh and the really fun part once the incompetent staff they have specifically Tay got the billing correct they still never reset the due by time so then they threatened us with collections. Which all we were waiting for was an invoice with the correct amount owed. And finally got it yesterday after it had to be forwarded by the post office even though we updated our address and still some how they screwed it up. They should be investigated for ethic violations and I’m sure more would turn up after an investigation. Tanner M google Logo Google Review
