Posted On: 02/10/2025 I broke one of my crowns Saturday and they were able to get me in at 1:00 Monday. They took off the remaining parts of the broken crown and after making a mold for a new crown, they put a temporary crown on. I was in and out within an hr or so. Great help. The dental hygentists were so very nice and explained exactly what they were doing beforehand. I felt very comfortable in the chair. Posted On: 01/31/2025 The hygienists that have helped me have all been so nice as well as gentle with my teeth. They pay attention to me needs as a patient. Dr Reese is a great doctor, he is the fourth dentist I have been to in the Rexburg/Idaho Falls area and he will be my last! He has great bedside manner, takes the time to answer questions and unlike other dentist I have been to, does not try to up sell you on needing additional dental work.
I have had extensive dental work in the past and have had such negative experiences with staff not being thorough, the dentist not taking me seriously, but at this office, I have no complaints and go out of my way to refer them to my friends and family.
