Posted On: 12/14/2021 I was having bad tooth pain and called my dentist to get in and couldn't for 7 days so I decided to call the Idaho Falls Dental Group. I had previously been a patient but my regular dentist retired so I decided to go to a local one in the town where I live. The Dental Group got me in the next morning and were so friendly, kind and caring that I will be going to Dr. Barney for everything from this moment forward. Absolutely the best! Posted On: 11/22/2021 One of the most unprofessional dental office experiences I have ever had was with Chris Rhees and his office staff at the IF Dental Group. They don't know how to properly bill dual insurance, they don't know how to process negotiated rates as a preferred provider. They fail to call you back when requesting a billing statement and explanation. They hangup on you when questioned about their questionable billing practices. They don't promptly or correctly issue refunds when you have overpaid. Overall just a bad experience if you have insurance. Juan L google Logo Google Review
Posted On: 11/15/2021 I have had emergency issues twice now in the least couple of years. I was able to get an appointment the same or following day both times. Both issues were resolved on the first and second appointments and I am truly grateful. Got me back on my life track quickly. I definitely recommend taking your teeth here! The doctor is very knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. I will definitely be a returning patient and highly recommend everyone to set up an appointment. Posted On: 09/14/2021 I am very happy with the office. Dr. Devin Thompson is very nice and caring. The dentist the hygeniest technicians have a nice way of making you feel comfortable in the dentist chair as well as Dr. Thompson. Nichole and Danielle are very happy to answer any questions you may have and is very pleasant to talk to as well as the other technicians Eva and Katie.
Dr. Thompson is very knowledgeable and up with the latest techniques and technology in dentistry. He also makes you feel comfortable in the dentist chair and takes great care to make sure you don't feel any pain while he works on you. And he is also more than happy to answer any questions you may have. This is by far the best Dentist Office I have been to you yet. And I have been to many.
I highly recommend this office and Dr. Devin Thompson. The wait time is at the most 5 minutes in the waiting room. They pretty much call your name as soon as you check in. Which is awesome.
So far I have had 6 implants put in 4 on the top and two on the bottom and will have a new set of teeth in about a month.

Update It's been about 6 months since I got my teeth and I am very happy They are very comfortable and I can now eat carrots and nuts. Just went back for a follow up visit. No charge. And everyone there answered all my questions.
