Posted On: 09/10/2025 Trying to get an appointment with them was like pulling teeth (pun intended). It's a shame that they were so unpleasant over the phone. I couldn't even make an initial appointment. I told them I wanted to pay out of pocket because my insurance that comes with my job was not worth putting a claim through. The response, 'Yeah well, I was told you HAVE to go through your insurance, so...' I'm not paraphrasing, it was that rude. Interesting that they don't allow you to pay out of pocket. I wonder what would have happened if I had lied and said I had no insurance and wanted to pay cash. Fortunately, there's quite a few other Dentists out there and Eagle Rock was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Rhees is one of the best dentists I have ever had. I know dentistry has come a long way and Rhees is well able to handle all of it. He’s also very good with a needle.
