He believes me when I say it’s not quite there! I appreciate his knowledge and his recommendations. All of his staff are wonderful and really do try to make your visit the very best they can. Posted On: 07/14/2025 Can't say enough good things about the Idaho Falls Dental Group. Dr. Bates is a exceptional dentist, kind, understanding, meticulous, and highly skilled. The staff is also top of the line, friendly, efficient, and kind. I have never enjoyed my dental experience until now. I have no fear or trepidation going for my procedures and the end result has given me back my smile and feeling good again about my appearance.
