Posted On: 01/20/2016 I just switched dentists to Idaho Falls Dental Group. My prior dentist told me I needed 2 root canals. I went to IFDG to get a second opinion. Dr. Devin Thompson did a much more thorough job diagnosing my teeth (cold test, electric test, x-ray, etc.) than my prior dentist, and discovered that only one of the two teeth needed a root canal. Had the root canal today -- was a much more pleasant experience than a previous root canal I had with my old dentist. I am very happy with my decision to switch dentists. Without exception, we have received fantastic care from the dentists, assistants and hygeinists. Their office staff has always been professional, courteous and kind. When you are there, everyone makes you feel like you really matter and your care is truly important to them. Their new facility is modern, clean, and up-to-date. Posted On: 01/19/2016 After moving to Idaho Falls and getting married, I did not know which Dentist to choose. My new husband highly recommended the Idaho Falls Dental Group. The day of my appointment, it was snowing and the roads were covered in snow. Amazingly the snow was cleared from the IFDG parking lot. The inside of the building was warmly decorated and inviting. The staff immediately greeted me and made me comfortable. I was able to enjoy the guest wifi for a brief time before they called me back for my cleaning and xrays. The dental hygienist was very kind and made me comfortable, offering me headphones and a choice of cable channels to watch. She was gentle as she worked in my mouth, and left my teeth feeling quite clean and fresh. She answered all my questions and alleviated my apprehensions. After my cleaning the Dentist came in and explained what needed to be done and discussed options in the procedure. I was impressed by the way the staff kindly fit me into the schedule. When I returned for the procedure, I was made as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed with the thorough, excellent work on my teeth, and the overall experience. Thank you IFDG! Posted On: 01/18/2016 I have been going to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for almost my entire life and my children have also grown up in this office. I cant tell you what a wonderful place with most friendly faces this is. Who really wants to go to the dentist? Not me, but they make it so comfortable for me that I will continue to come back again and again! Thank you IF Dental Group for all you do for me and my family!

Posted On: 01/16/2016 My husband, Brad, and I have been with IFDG since we were young. I feel at home going to my dentist. There is a friendly and positive atmosphere, and the service is non-comparable. I'm always treated like a valued and important costumer. One of my favorite experiences has been bringing my 3-year-old son, Matthew, to the dentist. He is loved and cared for, and has had a positive experience every time he has had his teeth cleaned. Posted On: 01/15/2016 Our kids have been patients at the IFDG every since 1986! Our kids still come in for appointments when ever they are visiting Idaho Falls. They work hard to make sure that they are seen for cleaning and possible treatment before they leave.I love the fact that we can trust the dentists to not do unnecessary treatments. Finding a new dentist can be an intimidating experience but Idaho Falls Dental Group eased my fears the moment I walked through the door. From the knowledgeable and welcoming office staff, to dentists who are experienced, currently on the latest technology, and who explained all my dental options, I know they had my best interest in mind. I am now going to Dr. Devin Thompson and I am happy with the professional service and care that he has provided to me. Posted On: 01/05/2016 A friend recommended Dr. Charles Hunter years ago, and we have been very happy with him. He's a very personable guy and very capable. Their pricing is great. Another dentist quoted us twice as much as IFDG for the same service.
