Posted On: 12/06/2015 I have been a customer of IFDG for the past 25 years with Dr. Hunter. I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of work from the staff. Recently I had major work done and my expectations were exceeded based on the results. I do think that improvements can be made with scheduling appointments but overall the service is great. Posted On: 11/28/2015 I had to have a root canal done this last month. I also had to leave town and would not be back until Thanksgiving! Dr. Chuck Hunter took the time to make sure that my root canal was done and put in a temporary filling for me until I could get back in to see him. I was experiencing a lot of pain and so I called the dental office and Dr. Hunter got ahold of me to check on me to see how I was doing. He put me on some pain medication that helped a little but I started feeling more pain. I called the office again because I knew Dr. Hunter was not working and I needed to get ahold of him! Tracy got ahold of him for me and he called in a medicine that would help me. All of the people that work at this office are so good to you and care about you. I love going to this dentist and I have been with them for 31 years! I also love how gentle Tara is when I have my cleanings! Thanks Idaho Falls Dental Group! You are the BEST!!! Posted On: 11/27/2015 Just had a cleaning and filling done at IFDG. Staff as always is great. Excellent cleaning from Tara and Dr. Hunter filled a cavity. He said it might hurt in a few days for a short while. I forgot about it and when the discomfort came it was gentle and short lived. It is now easier to floss between those teeth than it ever was. The new building is great now that you don't have to park so far away and hike to the office like at Grand Teton Mall. I had to change my appointment within just a few hours before it was to start and they worked around my emergency and got the work done. THANKS IFDG

Posted On: 11/21/2015 We moved up to Idaho Falls from Utah in 1995. When I was asking a coworker about finding a dentist, he recommended Dr. Webb. We have been so happy to have him as our family dentist. I love the evening appointments and his assistants are the best. We were broken hearted when our insurance made changes and we we unable to come to Dr. Webb for a couple of years. As soon as he was back on our list of dentists, we came right back. He is truly gentle and compassionate. He has never tried to up sell anything. We highly recommend him.

Posted On: 11/21/2015 Just a note to say how thankful I am with how the IF Dental Group is handling the transition from Dr. Tingey to other available dentists- I'm sure this has been difficult on the staff/dentists but I have been very well taken care of by the group. Posted On: 11/20/2015 I have been a patient of Dr.Webb for many years. His wife Yvonne has always been a favorite hygienist. We know each other's families and always share funny stories of children and grandchildren. Dr. Webb is always very concerned about my personal health and offers advice when asked. He and Yvonne are always gentle and comforting especially during a difficult procedure. I have recommended them to many friends and co-workers. It is very comforting to know Dr.Webb strives for perfection in all procedures and exams and maintains a current knowledge of advancing dental technology.
The new facility provides a comforting atmosphere and technologically advanced equipment for very accurate pictures and diagnostics which are shared and explained to me as a patient.

Posted On: 11/20/2015 As usual I was greeted with happy employees who seem to love their jobs. My cleaning was great as usual and Dr. Webb asked about my children by name. We have trusted our family for years with him and his wife and appreciate that the group keeps up with technology. I'm so happy to say that my insurance changed again, and now I am happily back with Idaho Falls Dental Group. Their new office is beautiful and their staff is awesome! Posted On: 11/12/2015 I've been going to this dental group for at least 10 years now. I was a little concerned when Dr. Bob left, but there was no need to worry. I have been very impressed with Dr. Devin Thompson. He is doing a great job and I feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I have no complaints with the hygenists I've had as well. Posted On: 11/12/2015 I've been a loyal patient of Dr Tingey's since before he moved to the mall. Tara became my dental hygenist shortly after that. Together with Dr. Tingey's assistant, Val, they have taken excellent care of my many dental needs. Now, with Dr Tingey's illness, Dr Webb is doing a good job filling Dr. Tingey's shoes. Posted On: 11/07/2015 I have been coming to this dental group since I have been little. Dr. Webb is a great dentist. The people who clean your teeth are nice and helpful. They also send reminders for your upcoming appointment. I have always been able to trust Dr. Webb. They also take care of chipped teeth quickly. Since they have moved into a new building, you can watch TV while they clean your teeth. You can also ask for little sunglasses to shield your eyes from the light. I would definitely recommend coming to this dental group.

Posted On: 11/06/2015 The IFDG has been in our family for many many years. Dr Thompson has always taken care of our treeth and if there is an issue with my teeth he gets me in and takes care of it. The Dental Hygienist Tara is awesome. Jill very professional and sweet. I could go on and on. This is a great place and I would never go anywhere else for my Dental needs. He was very kind and gentle with me due to my unease with certain dental procedures. When Dr. Bob retired he made sure that the dentist who took his place was just as kind. Posted On: 10/29/2015 The people at the Dental group are very good at always trying to make you feel comfortable. I've never had a Dentist that is better at the pre treatment shots than Dr Hunter. You are waiting for the sting and you never feel it. I go to Idaho Falls Dental group because I am getting older and my teeth are difficult.
