Posted On: 02/02/2016 I recently moved here from North Carolina and this dental office was recommended to me by 2 different people who go there. I had a wonderful first-time experience getting my teeth cleaned and the dentist (Dr. Chuck) was very helpful and polite and thorough with my exam. The office is lovely and I am very happy to have found my new dental office! Everyone there was very friendly. It was a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend them. Posted On: 02/01/2016 Dr. Webb is a great dentist. After a difficult root canal, he personally called me at home to see how I was doing. Posted On: 02/01/2016 My family has been going to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for over 12 years. Their new office is beautiful and comfortable, and we are always greeted with a warm smile whenever we come through the door.

Doctor Charles Hunter is a FABULOUS dentist. He is talented, personable, and his quiet assurance can calm even the most nervous of patients. I am always impressed by his personal follow-up calls after work has been completed. He really does care about his patients and his actions reinforce this fact.

Posted On: 01/31/2016 I love the the Idaho Falls Dental Group. I have been a customer for over 15 years and never once had a problem. They are in a nice building with updated equipment and offer several amenities to make you feel comfortable. Every dental assistant that has worked on my teeth has been gentle and thorough. The reception staff is always pleasant as well as accommodating if I need to reschedule my appointment. I appreciate the time spent by my dentist and never feel like I'm rushed if I have questions. They have always had a great staff and are so easy to work with on appointments and those emergency appointments we have had come up. Dr Rich is so kind and truly cares about my family, takes his time and is just a great dentist! The assistants and staff are always professional and are happy... The staff and doctors have always been awesome, they make me feel comfortable and have guided me to take pretty good care of my teeth. You are always greeted by a smiling staff member and they remember the small talk you had from last time. I have referred anyone who ever brings up the subject of 'where to go' and I always will. Posted On: 01/25/2016 I have been a patient of the Idaho Falls Dental Group since 1998 and find their new location even easier to access. I can drive right up to the sidewalk. The people are the same helpful people I had dealt with previously. And of course Dr. Hunter is a great dentist. He is caring and takes the time to explain fully what is happening in my mouth. Posted On: 01/23/2016 I have been going to IFDG for 30 years. They have always done a great job with all of our familie's dental work over that time. When our dentist, Bob Hunter, retired, we were moved to Dr. Devin Thompson. Since he grew up with my boys, I was a bit concerned! I couldn't be more pleased! He has been an awesome dentist (despite discouraging my Dt. Mt. Dew habit) and I am grateful he grew up into a fine man. I would highly recommend this dental office. Posted On: 01/20/2016 I just switched dentists to Idaho Falls Dental Group. My prior dentist told me I needed 2 root canals. I went to IFDG to get a second opinion. Dr. Devin Thompson did a much more thorough job diagnosing my teeth (cold test, electric test, x-ray, etc.) than my prior dentist, and discovered that only one of the two teeth needed a root canal. Had the root canal today -- was a much more pleasant experience than a previous root canal I had with my old dentist. I am very happy with my decision to switch dentists. Without exception, we have received fantastic care from the dentists, assistants and hygeinists. Their office staff has always been professional, courteous and kind. When you are there, everyone makes you feel like you really matter and your care is truly important to them. Their new facility is modern, clean, and up-to-date. Posted On: 01/19/2016 After moving to Idaho Falls and getting married, I did not know which Dentist to choose. My new husband highly recommended the Idaho Falls Dental Group. The day of my appointment, it was snowing and the roads were covered in snow. Amazingly the snow was cleared from the IFDG parking lot. The inside of the building was warmly decorated and inviting. The staff immediately greeted me and made me comfortable. I was able to enjoy the guest wifi for a brief time before they called me back for my cleaning and xrays. The dental hygienist was very kind and made me comfortable, offering me headphones and a choice of cable channels to watch. She was gentle as she worked in my mouth, and left my teeth feeling quite clean and fresh. She answered all my questions and alleviated my apprehensions. After my cleaning the Dentist came in and explained what needed to be done and discussed options in the procedure. I was impressed by the way the staff kindly fit me into the schedule. When I returned for the procedure, I was made as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed with the thorough, excellent work on my teeth, and the overall experience. Thank you IFDG! Posted On: 01/18/2016 I have been going to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for almost my entire life and my children have also grown up in this office. I cant tell you what a wonderful place with most friendly faces this is. Who really wants to go to the dentist? Not me, but they make it so comfortable for me that I will continue to come back again and again! Thank you IF Dental Group for all you do for me and my family!

There is a friendly and positive atmosphere, and the service is non-comparable. I'm always treated like a valued and important costumer. One of my favorite experiences has been bringing my 3-year-old son, Matthew, to the dentist. He is loved and cared for, and has had a positive experience every time he has had his teeth cleaned.
