Posted On: 08/28/2023 I’ve been going there since I left the military back in 1998. Dr. Webb was my first Dennis, who retired a few years ago, and was nothing less than perfect for the years that he worked on me.

My dentist now is Dr. Yates, the few times I’ve been in there he’s been my hero, Fixing what needed to be fixed, no pain, in and out pretty quick. Great support staff there, would recommend this place to any family and Idaho Falls. They’ve worked on my teeth, my wife’s, and both my kids with zero issues over the years. Posted On: 08/23/2023 Dr. Yates provides excellent service, however, the elderly lady at the front desk consistently emphasizes payment. There's a lack of customer respect, even though I paid $900 for my initial implant visit, despite being advised by others that I only needed to pay $200. She went so far as to threaten that without the $900 payment today, the lab wouldn't create my tooth crown. I possess dental insurance, and my understanding was that the bill would be issued after processing through insurance. Therefore, there shouldn't be a requirement to pay half of the bill(total for the crown part is around $1890) for my initial visit upfront. This behavior is distressing and highlights her intense focus on money. Despite paying, she never extended simple courtesies like a thank you, or have a nice day. Her rudeness is quite evident. Posted On: 07/19/2023 My son had a tooth chip right before bed. IFDG got us in the next day. Dr. Rhees was so gentle and fun. He had all 5 of my kids laughing.
