Posted On: 10/22/2024 Kind and pleasant encounter, the staff is friendly and professional.Dr. Yates informs you what the procedure will consist of, very gentle and professional, I had another visit with IFDG, had 2 cavities repaired seamless and painless, I highly recommend Idaho Falls Dental Group and Dr. Yates, there is no one better! Take 2 , Dr. Yates and his assistant Santia ( I hope I spelled correctly) are not only the Premier Dental Specialists of the greater Idaho Falls area, but my conversations with them during treatment are always pleasant and full of practical wisdom from each of them. Posted On: 10/15/2024 I really enjoyed my visit here, I happened to be feeling nauseous before my cavity fillings appointment and they helped me get comfortable with a back pillow and checked in with me lots to make sure I was feeling well. I loved the dentist’s technique of tapping by where the needle went in so I didn’t notice the pain as much. And I loved the personalization of my visit, definitely recommend! Posted On: 10/11/2024 Everyone from the receptionist to the DA were excellent. Dr. Barney was the best, compationate, understanding and i feel went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation with regards to finishing what had been a nightmare journey of restoring my teeth.
I highly recommend without any reservations!
