Posted On: 12/29/2015 I really enjoy the new office!

I have been in to see Dr. Devin Thompson several times for minor things and he has been very responsive to my needs. He makes time for me at my convenience. He replaced a cracked filling for me and it was a pleasant pain free experience and no issues with the new filling.

Tara is the friendliest and gentlest hygienist! ALL of the people I have dealt with at the IFDG have been great! I have recommended several of my friends to go there! Jeff J google Logo Google Review

Posted On: 12/29/2015 I have been a client of Idaho Falls Dental Group for at least 20 years or more. My daughter is now 24 and she has only been to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for all of her dental care. She went to U of I in Moscow and Graduated and still managed to make it to her cleaning appointments and for all of her other dental needs. She now lives in Boise and still will attend her appointments for cleaning. I like the dental care that I receive. I especially like the experience and care that Dr. Devine Thompson has recently brought into the group. I am bias because now he is now my doctor since my doctor has retired. Posted On: 12/24/2015 I have been going to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for many years. Dr. Tingey has taken good care of me and my family. He has become more than just our dentist, but has become a cherished friend of our family. With his retirement we are now seen by Dr. Webb who has been awesome. I love having clean teeth and all of the hygienists have always done a remarkable job in making that happen. Very friendly and caring. I highly recommend the Idaho Falls Dental Group. Posted On: 12/15/2015 the people that work here are nice, gentle (which is huge plus for anyone that does not like going to the dentist), and good at what they do. I had a lot of problems with my teeth. From several cleanings, and the dentist doing very good work, my teeth are now healthy. My teeth were not only in bad shape but they were stained, ugly. They are now bright, close to white, and look good. The teeth whitening system they have works, and it's affordable.

I've always hated going to the dentist but now, it's not so bad. So I recommend anyone looking for a dentist go to Idaho Falls Dental. Scott D google Logo Google Review

Posted On: 12/14/2015 I broke a tooth over the weekend and called first thing to get an appointment. I got in right away and Dr. Rich was able to do a temporary fix on my tooth until I can get a crown put in. I have been going to Idaho Falls Dental Group and Dr. Rich for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience with either the Dr.'s or their staff. A top notch facility. Love the new building. Posted On: 12/13/2015 My first experience with IFDG was in June of 1984 when they had just opened their doors on Holmes and Anderson. I had always had very bad experiences with dentists so when I was pregnant with my daughter and had a tooth ache I was too afraid to go see a dentist. After my daughter was born the pain was unbearable so I came in to see them. They were so kind and understanding. While Dr. Hunter was taking care of me the ladies working there were more than happy to take care of my baby. They surprised me and made a cast of her little tiny fist which I have cherished to this day. That day made a significant impact on me and I realized that it doesn't have to be a bad experience going to the dentist. I moved away for many years but now I am back and I still get the same kindness and consideration that I have always received. Thank you all. Also, love the new office. Posted On: 12/11/2015 I would recommend this group to anyone. The whole experience was great from moment walk in where your greeted promptly with a smile to the professional yet friendly dentist and hygienist care. They seem to work with you to improve your dental care and never talk down to you.

Recently I had major work done and my expectations were exceeded based on the results. I do think that improvements can be made with scheduling appointments but overall the service is great. Posted On: 11/28/2015 I had to have a root canal done this last month. I also had to leave town and would not be back until Thanksgiving! Dr. Chuck Hunter took the time to make sure that my root canal was done and put in a temporary filling for me until I could get back in to see him. I was experiencing a lot of pain and so I called the dental office and Dr. Hunter got ahold of me to check on me to see how I was doing. He put me on some pain medication that helped a little but I started feeling more pain. I called the office again because I knew Dr. Hunter was not working and I needed to get ahold of him! Tracy got ahold of him for me and he called in a medicine that would help me. All of the people that work at this office are so good to you and care about you. I love going to this dentist and I have been with them for 31 years! I also love how gentle Tara is when I have my cleanings! Thanks Idaho Falls Dental Group! You are the BEST!!! Posted On: 11/27/2015 Just had a cleaning and filling done at IFDG. Staff as always is great. Excellent cleaning from Tara and Dr. Hunter filled a cavity. He said it might hurt in a few days for a short while. I forgot about it and when the discomfort came it was gentle and short lived. It is now easier to floss between those teeth than it ever was. The new building is great now that you don't have to park so far away and hike to the office like at Grand Teton Mall. I had to change my appointment within just a few hours before it was to start and they worked around my emergency and got the work done. THANKS IFDG

Posted On: 11/21/2015 We moved up to Idaho Falls from Utah in 1995. When I was asking a coworker about finding a dentist, he recommended Dr. Webb. We have been so happy to have him as our family dentist. I love the evening appointments and his assistants are the best. We were broken hearted when our insurance made changes and we we unable to come to Dr. Webb for a couple of years. As soon as he was back on our list of dentists, we came right back. He is truly gentle and compassionate. He has never tried to up sell anything. We highly recommend him.

Posted On: 11/20/2015 I have been a patient of Dr.Webb for many years. His wife Yvonne has always been a favorite hygienist. We know each other's families and always share funny stories of children and grandchildren. Dr. Webb is always very concerned about my personal health and offers advice when asked. He and Yvonne are always gentle and comforting especially during a difficult procedure. I have recommended them to many friends and co-workers. It is very comforting to know Dr.Webb strives for perfection in all procedures and exams and maintains a current knowledge of advancing dental technology.
The new facility provides a comforting atmosphere and technologically advanced equipment for very accurate pictures and diagnostics which are shared and explained to me as a patient.

Posted On: 11/20/2015 As usual I was greeted with happy employees who seem to love their jobs. My cleaning was great as usual and Dr. Webb asked about my children by name. We have trusted our family for years with him and his wife and appreciate that the group keeps up with technology.
