I'm looking forward to working with the other amazing doctors and staff at IFDG. I have only gratitude and praise for this dental group. The entireThey really do make me smile!!! staff is caring, and professional. I love my Dr. . They all do whatever it takes to have your dental care convenient and thorough! They are the best! I am adding to this review, that I would recommend IFDG to anyone , from little people to any adult. They all care and have the nicest staff . They do their best to accommodate your needs, whether it be time, financially, and anxiety or fear! They all deserve a debt of gratitude from my family! The last two times I’ve been in, I’ve ran into some good friends who also have chosen IFDG for the best care, as they have been going there as long as we have! They will always have my support! Posted On: 02/07/2016 I have been going to Idaho Falls Dental Group for a few years now and I love it. The staff is nice and professional. I like being able to watch tv while getting worked on. I don't have dental insurance and they have been great at helping me afford my care. I have never had to sit in the waiting room for a long period of time either. Posted On: 02/07/2016 Idaho Falls Dental Group is an amazing place to go for all of your dental needs. I feel safe going there and they have never once made me feel bad for not having great teeth. Their new office is super nice, and it is always so clean. Everyone is so polite and kind. Their billing is great to work with as well. Posted On: 02/06/2016 I am really happy with the care I have received over the years at the IFDG. Dr. Thompson and his staff take excellent care of me and my husband. Tara, my hygienist is extremely good and gentle too. The office staff are always very nice and easy to work with for appointments and billing. His staff is very professional and always make you feel wanted and comfortable. They always stay up to date on the latest technology and I love their new facility. I recommend them very, very highly. Dr. Thompson, the hygienists, and the assistants are absolutely incredible, everything is always super easy and pain free! Wouldn't go any where else! The best office in all of Idaho!! The staff are the kindest and most caring people I've ever met, super comfortable every time I go in and never leave with out a smile! Posted On: 02/05/2016 I've been going to IFDG since my kids first teeth. Everyone is always kind, professional, and up front with everything they are going to do. I have had a few other dentists before them, and they made me hate going to them even for routine checkups. I always have a good word to say to them and am always satisfied with their work. Dr. Thompson was thorough and professional in his check and recommendation of Ryan's wisdom teeth extraction. We were highly satisfied with his recommendation. We are glad he is our dentist! Posted On: 02/02/2016 I recently moved here from North Carolina and this dental office was recommended to me by 2 different people who go there. I had a wonderful first-time experience getting my teeth cleaned and the dentist (Dr. Chuck) was very helpful and polite and thorough with my exam. The office is lovely and I am very happy to have found my new dental office! Everyone there was very friendly. It was a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend them. Posted On: 02/01/2016 My family has been going to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for over 12 years. Their new office is beautiful and comfortable, and we are always greeted with a warm smile whenever we come through the door.

Doctor Charles Hunter is a FABULOUS dentist. He is talented, personable, and his quiet assurance can calm even the most nervous of patients. I am always impressed by his personal follow-up calls after work has been completed. He really does care about his patients and his actions reinforce this fact.

Posted On: 01/31/2016 I love the the Idaho Falls Dental Group. I have been a customer for over 15 years and never once had a problem. They are in a nice building with updated equipment and offer several amenities to make you feel comfortable. Every dental assistant that has worked on my teeth has been gentle and thorough. The reception staff is always pleasant as well as accommodating if I need to reschedule my appointment. I appreciate the time spent by my dentist and never feel like I'm rushed if I have questions. They have always had a great staff and are so easy to work with on appointments and those emergency appointments we have had come up. Dr Rich is so kind and truly cares about my family, takes his time and is just a great dentist! The assistants and staff are always professional and are happy... The staff and doctors have always been awesome, they make me feel comfortable and have guided me to take pretty good care of my teeth. You are always greeted by a smiling staff member and they remember the small talk you had from last time. I have referred anyone who ever brings up the subject of 'where to go' and I always will.
