Posted On: 03/01/2018 Love IFDG!!! I have been going since they were located in the mall as a child. They have always made me feel so comfortable! One time as a child my mom took me somewhere else...and it was so traumatizing!!!! Long story short, we stayed with Idaho falls dental group until I moved away. When I moved back, I had my own family. We tried another location for 'comfort' and free teeth whitening, well my mold didnt fit and all they cared about was extra charges. They charged my husband for a deep clean on top of our insurance for using a high pressure water cleaner. Come to find out IFDG typically uses this to clean teeth as a STANDARD of care with NO extra charge. They follow my insurance coverage with X-rays and treat us so well. The dentist are amazing, the staff are consistent and always on top of things, and they have always provided me with optimal dental care. I can't say enough great things about this dental office. Both Dr. Rex and Dr. Devin Thompson are some of the greatest dentists I have ever known and have not only improved my oral health, they have made me more confident and enjoy a happier life because of it. Posted On: 04/25/2017 My husband has been going to the Idaho Falls Dental Group for over 31 years, and I have been going for the last 30 years. We have stayed with Idaho Falls Dental Group all these years because of the longevity of the staff, who are all very friendly and efficient, and feel very good when they know your name when you walk in. Also, it feels very good to have a relationship with your hygienist and dentist. They are always very professional and I appreciate that my husband could even have an implant done at this office. Posted On: 04/20/2017 I received several friendly reminders for my semi-annual cleaning (by phone and mail) . Yesterday I called at 9AM and I got to fill in for a cancellation day at 1PM. The staff is very efficient and you never have to wait for long to get in. The hygienists are always friendly, knowledgeable, and contribute to a satisfactory experience.
